ORDER PROCESSING
All CALA ROSSA orders require processing before shipment.
Standard Shipping and Express Shipping orders are typically prepared within 2 to 4 business days.
Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

CALA ROSSA offers worldwide shipping to supported destinations.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local carrier operations, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
STANDARD SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 5 to 9 business days
The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 7 to 13 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Processing time: 2 to 4 business days
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2 to 5 business days
The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 4 to 9 business days.
Express Shipping provides faster transit after your order has completed the standard processing period.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact your local shipping carrier first.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order after delivery.

RETURNS
Shipping and delivery terms are separate from our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order.
